What type of auction do GalaxyOutlet offers?
At GalaxyOutlet we do offer different kinds of penny auction that include Standard and Reverse for Mystery, On Edge, Reserved Price, and many more. For more information check Types of Auction.
How does penny auction differ from traditional auction site?
Penny auctions often have a final price of approximately 91.11% or more off the retail price. Traditional auctions usually have a final price near, or at the retail price. Traditional auction sites don't charge for each bid placed, but at GalaxyOutlet we charges a small fee of 40¢ for each bid you place.
What is standard and reverse penny auction?
Standard penny auctions will start a price off at $0 or $0.01. For every bid placed, the price will go up or increases by 1¢. Reverse penny auction works in the same way, for every bid placed, the price will go down or decrease by 1¢.
How does GalaxyOutline differ from the other Penny Auction sites?
GalaxyOutlet differs in many ways because:
1. GalaxyOutlet bids can cost as little as 40¢.
2. At closing of each auction, 5% or more of the bids that you use will be credited to your account if you do not win at the auction.
3. For Reserved Price Auction, if there is no winning bidders at closing of that particular auction, all bids use will be credited to your account. But if there is winning bidder, then 5% or more of the bids that you use will be credited to your account.
How much does it cost to bid at GalaxyOutlet?
At GalaxyOutlet it cost as low as 40¢ per bid.
How do I buy bids?
To buy bids at GalaxyOutlet, you must first sign up for a free account. After signing up, simply click on the "My Account" button on the top of any page. Then click on the "Buy Bids" button and choose the bid package you want. It's that easy!
How do I win?
You have to sign up for free account, purchase Galaxy Bid Pack and place a bid to win. If you are the last bidder on an auction when the time runs out or when you meet the reserve price set then you win that auction. When an auction ends, you will clearly see that you won.
What about if I lose an auction?
At GalaxyOutlet you are always a winner because 5% or more of the bids that you use will be credited to your account if you do not win at the auction. For Reserved Price Auction , if there is no winning bidder at closing of that particular auction, all bids use will be credited to your account. But if there is winning bidder, then 5% or more of the bids that you use will be credited to your account.
How much is shipping?
The shipping cost varies from auction to auction. The shipping cost can be found on each auction's details under the "Product Description" then "Shipping/Delivery".
What should I do if I win an auction?
After winning an auction, click on the "My Account" button on the top of any page. On the left side, click on "Won Auctions". Simply follow the steps provided to pay for your item and including shipping if there is any.
How long does it take to ship an item?
It will take approximately 2-5 business days for the item to be shipped. However, if the item cannot be ship on time, then GalaxyOutlet will ship the item within 14 business days.
Are the products sold on GalaxyOutlet new?
Absolutely, all products sold on GalaxyOutlet are brand new, unless otherwise clearly stated in the auction.
Where does GalaxyOutlet get its products from?
We do purchase our products from reputable vendors such as Sams Club, Target, Wal-Mart, Apple, Home Depot, Best Buy, Dell, IBM, HP, Amazon.com, and many more. Since we always offer amazing and great deals, we are always looking for the best price on our approved vendors list.
Do the products come with warranty?
Yes, all the products come with 12 months manufacturing warranty, unless specify otherwise.
Auto-bid, how does it work?
Choose the number of bids (minimum 20 bids) that you want to place automatically. Then, GalaxyOutlet will take care of the other steps for the bidder. When there are no other Auto-Bidders at the time your auto-bid is placed, GalaxyOutlet will place a bid automatically every time another user places a bid. When the timer is less 45 seconds remaining GalaxyOutlet will add 15 seconds to the time left for every Auto-Bid placed. If there are more Auto-Bidders at the same time, each Auto-Bidder will place a bid every few seconds in order to speed up the bidding process placed by Auto-Bidders that are bidding against each other.
What is the limit on the number of auctions that can be won?
GalaxyOutlet limits the number of auctions that a single account user can win to a maximum of 3 per day or 5 per week thus from Saturday through Friday. Also, every user or bidder can win a maximum of one (1) large item with a retail value over $125.00 and five (5) other auctions per week. Check your bidding history in the "My Account" area.
Where do GalaxyOutlet ship to?
Currently, GalaxyOutlet ship only to the United States.
Can I return an item?
Yes, you can return an item as long as you have not opened the item and the item should be return within 7 days after you receive it. However, if you have opened the item, and there is a product defect, please call us and we will help facilitate the return of the item to the vendor or the manufacturer for a replacement.
Can I get refund for bids that I purchased?
At GalaxyOutlet, we do give refunds for bids purchase, bonus bids, and free bids.
Can I get refund for an item that I won on GalaxyOutlet?
Yes, you can get a full refund for the item that you won at the purchase price. However, we cannot refund any shipping charges incurred or credit any bids that was used to win the item.
Can I get free/bonus bids?
Yes, you can get free bids. There are number of ways that GalaxyOutlet gives free bids to its customers. At GalaxyOutlet we will offer you 5 free bids when you sign up. We do offer referral program. When you purchase a bid pack we do offer bonus bid each pack that you purchase.
Also, at closing of each auction, 5% or more of the bids that you use will be credited to your account if you do not win at the auction. For Reserved Price Auction, if there is no winning bidder at closing of that particular auction, all bids use will be credited to your account. But if there is winning bidder, then 5% or more of the bids that you use will be credited to your account. When you refer a friend to GalaxyOutlet you will be awarded a free bid for every 20 bids that are purchased by the user.
