How Does GalaxyOutlet Work
At GalaxyOutlet you will receive five (5) bids for free to use on any auction when you register for free. You will need to purchase Galaxy bid packs in order to keep bidding when you use all of the free bids.
GalaxyOutlet is unique because each bid reduces or lower the price of the item or product. At the closing of each auction at least 5% or more of the bids that you use will be credited to your account if you do not win at the auction. For "Reserved Price Auction", if there is no winning bidder at closing of that particular auction, all bids use will be credited to your account. But if there is winning bidder, then 5% or more of the bids that you use will be credited to your account.

STEP 1 - REGISTRATION OR SIGN-UP
Register or Sign-up for free
In order to bid, you have to create an account by registering for free. Simply click on the "REGISTER" tab at the top right of the screen and follow the steps stated below:
1. Create a username and password. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this site.
2. Provide your contact information including your name, email, telephone number, and billing and shipping addresses. The email address provided will be utilized for all notification purposes including auctions wins, shipping details, payment confirmations, etc.
3. Finally, please read, and understand our Terms and Conditions prior to registering.
Congratulations! Your registration is complete. If you were referred by another user, please supply their username during your initial registration.
STEP 2- PURCHASE A BID PACK
Buying Galaxy bid packs
In order to participate in our auctions, users must first purchase a bid pack. The Galaxy bid packs are available in bid packs of 400, 200, 100, 80, 40, and 20. The lowest bid price is $0.40. There is no limit to the number of bids available for purchase. Please note that once bid packs are purchased, they are non-refundable and are non-transferrable. Galaxy Bid packs may be purchased via PayPal using Visa Card, Master Card, Amex, American Express, Amex, or Discover Card and the user does not require to sign-up for PayPal in order to purchase the bid packs.

STEP 3- CHOOSE AN AUCTION TO BID ON
Placing bids in an auction
To place a bid in an auction, login to your account, locate the auction of your choice, and hit the red button "BID". If your username appears on an item, you are currently the top bidder. Be the lowest bidder when the clock runs out or meet the reserved price and the item is yours at the listed price.
There are two ways to bid in an auction:
1. Users may bid by placing "live" bid while actively sitting at a computer.
2. You can use the Auto-Bid feature. This feature is an automated bidding system which allows you to place bids according to the user's set amount entered. To activate the Auto Bidder, simply click on the auction of your choice. Select the "Create" button, after entering your desired amount (20 bids minimum) of auto bids to be placed in that auction. The Auto Bidder will trigger within twenty (20) seconds of a competitive bid being placed.
Any auction that you win must be purchased within 14 days of the auction end date. It will be shipped to you within 2-5 business days from the date of purchase. So have fun and enjoy winning. Click the 'My Account' tab at the top right of the screen to purchase the auctions you have won.
