To use our Services, you must register with our Website to become a Member. Only one (1) account is permitted per user, regardless of different shipping addresses and a maximum of two (2) accounts per household will be allowed in accordance with the Terms & Conditions. 

 

Any registration by, use of or access to our Website by anyone under such, is unauthorized, unlicensed, and in violation of these Terms and Conditions. By using our Website and/or Service, you represent and warrant that:

GalaxyOutlet has sole right and discretion to determine whether to accept a Member, and may reject a Member’s registration, with or without explanation.

 

During registration, the user must choose username which should be appropriate and must not be offensive, be deceptive, and/or misleading, be obscene or offend common decency, or infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties. You will also choose or create a password that will allow you to access our Services.  You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your password and are fully responsible for all liability and damages resulting from your failure to maintain that confidentiality and all activities that occur through the use of your password.

You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or any other breach of security. You agree that Our Website cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with password security as discussed herein.

 

GalaxyOutlet is open to private individuals only. No commercial, semi-commercial, and/or retailers are allowed to participate. Should it be discovered that this term has been violated the account shall be terminated without further notice and any winning and won bids shall be voided and return to GalaxyOutlet.

You concur to provide accurate and complete information, and if there are changes to you information you must notify GalaxyOutlet within 72 hours via email or through written correspondence in order for GalaxyOutlet to have the current information of the account user.

 

In order to be fair and unbiased, GalaxyOutlet do have the right and authority to limit the number of user accounts per household and the number of winning auctions per user account. Therefore, a maximum of two (2) accounts per household will be allowed. If a user is suspected of having more than one (1) account, all suspicious accounts will be suspended. This suspension will be permanent until GalaxyOutlet can prove all that wise and without doubt no fraudulent activity has occurred.

 

Employees and independent contractors of GalaxyOutlet including their immediate family members (such as parents, spouse, siblings, children, etc.) and any individual residing in the same household as employee(s) may not under any circumstances participate in GalaxyOutlet auctions. Should it be discovered that this term has been violated, the account will be terminated without further notice and any winning and won bids shall be voided and return to GalaxyOutlet. Should any user violates these terms, GalaxyOutlet will void any transaction for this violation and no item or auction shall be delivered to the account user.

 

Users at GalaxyOutlet are limited to a maximum of 3 wins per day or 5 wins per week thus from Sunday through Saturday. All wins that count towards limits will be reset to 0 after the end of the week. All users must track how many items they have for the week on their "My Account" page. In addition, GalaxyOutlet has the right to limit the number of auctions a user may win per day and week its sole discretion.

 

GalaxyOutlet reserves the right to disqualify any user temporarily or permanently or terminate or suspend their account at its sole discretion. A user will be disqualified in order to protect the rights of other users. Any user who is involve in unauthorized activities such the use of unauthorized third party software; setting of multiply accounts by single individual; and nonpayment of items won.

 

In order to bid on items at GalaxyOutlet the user has to purchase bids. The user has to purchase Galaxy Bid Pack at the applicable prices listed on the website. Payment for the purchase bid pack can be made via PayPal and the user does not required to sign up with PayPal in order to pay for the bids. All payments for bid packages are non-refundable. All bids purchase are valid for six (6) months beginning from the date the bids were placed in the user's account. There are no refunds for used bids, expired bids, bonus bids, or free bids that were provided by GalaxyOutlet. Also, bids are not transferable to any user.

 

The shipping cost varies from auction to auction. The shipping cost can be found on each auction's details under the "Product Description" then "Shipping/Delivery". Users must comply with all shipping costs prior to product shipment.

 

We ship solely to all the 50 states excluding the U.S. sovereign terroritories of Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. There might be shipping restrictions, longer delivery time and/or high shipping cost associated with items that are ship to Alaska or Hawaii. GalaxyOutlet ship its products directly from their third party vendors or from our warehouse. Items will be ship within 14 business after payment has been received. Users should inspect their items for damages immediately and inform GalaxyOutlet about any damage item with two (2) business days upon delivery of their product.

 

Any special promotion that is run by GalaxyOutlet shall only be valid if they are announced on the site and with only limited time only.

 

We do not represent or otherwise warrant that our Website will be error-free, free from viruses or other harmful components, or that we will correct any errors. We do not represent or otherwise warrant that the information available on or through our Website will be correct, accurate, timely or otherwise reliable.

4.   if your initial payment method is dishonored, you will still pay the charges incurred, including any surcharge we may incur due to such dishonored payment.

 

The user has the right to return the item that is won and purchase through the auction. Users have seven (7) business days after delivery to return the item. The user is responsible for all cost associated with the shipping. The item must be return in new and good condition including original package, instruction manuals, accessories, etc. Some items including but not limited to software, music, video games, or movies are not eligible for return once they are opened. 

 

In order to return an item purchase at the auction, you must request in writing via "Contact Us" of your desire for the refund, together with the reason for the request, subject to the return of the product to us in substantially the same condition as when purchased. 

 

If, for any reason, you are unable to return the item(s) as new and/or in good working condition thus without original package, instruction manuals, accessories, etc. GalaxyOutlet reserves the right to accept or reject the returned item(s). If returned item(s) is/are not in good working condition, GalaxyOutlet reserves the right to refund a portion of the amount in a proportion that is equivalent to the damage of the item(s) in GalaxyOutlet Bids.

 

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us and our partners, agents, officers, directors, employees, subcontractors, successors, assigns, third party suppliers of information and documents, attorneys, advertisers, product and service providers, and affiliates harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense, including without limitation reasonable attorney’s fees, related to your violation of this Agreement or use of our Website or Services.

This Agreement shall be treated as though it was executed and performed in Hartford, Connecticut, and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and State of Connecticut without regard to conflict of law principles. In addition, you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts that will be in Hartford, Connecticut. Any cause of action by you with respect to our Website or Service must be instituted within one thirty (30) days after the cause of action arose or be forever waived and barred. Should any part of this Agreement be held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed consistent with applicable law and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
